Podcasts for Cardio - Mind And Muscle


Doing cardio for 35 minutes twice a day can be extremely boring… And, if you’re as busy as me, a waste of time… Utilize the time spent wisely.

 

I listen to podcasts, it’s a way of educating yourself about whatever you may be interested in. Due to the fact that you focus on the podcasts, cardio seems to go buy quicker. And rather than reading a book you are handfree.

 

My favorite Podcasts:

 

 

Great insight on anything bodybuilding… From supplements to workouts to different competitions. What I love about this show is the honesty and the science-background provided.

 

 

Fitness and nutrition explained and based on science. Since I study Exercise Science, this really relates to my classes as well, some of the topics go more in depth even.

 

 

This is one of my personal interests and hopefully in the future a way of income. I have been really interested with how social media can influence the market and how it’s used as a cheap marketing tool.

 

 

In order to achieve more and be better… Motivate yourself, listen to success stories, find out what others have done and find your inner strength to achieve the impossible.

 

I hope that some of you can find cardio a little more bearable with podcasts. Onto competition season.
