Find Your Inspiration - Mind And Muscle


We find ourselves on highs and lows. When on a high it’s easy to celebrate, get the endorphins going and be happy.

It’s when you’re on a low where you reach out to others for motivation. This is what makes the difference. Bear down and get it done.

One of my main goals is to be an inspiration to others. I want to show people that even if I don’t feel like doing something, I still get it done. I don’t want to get up early in the morning to go on a run. No, I don’t feel like working out every day either. No, eating turkey and rice every day isn’t that cool. But, I do it because I am working towards a goal.

Success is not an accident. It derives from hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing.

Pursue your dreams, no matter what it takes. But, be aware that it won’t be easy. It can’t be easy. If it were easy, everyone would do it. I have learned that when you have high goals, people may doubt you or think you are crazy. It’s up to you to prove them wrong.

Set yourself a dead line, write down your goals and be ready to put in the work to do it. You will get there, eventually. Just be consistent. You will start inspiring others to do the same. Surround yourself with people that inspire you and you will succeed.
