Mind and Muscle has a friendly staff of trained individuals who are able to answer any questions you have, whether it be about an order or a general question about any of the products which we carry. Our staff can frequently be seen both working out and helping train others at the Mind and Muscle Training Center, so you can rest assured that we’re active in the industry. You won’t find outsourced customer service at Mind and Muscle!
Mind and Muscle is run by Carl Jackson, noted trainer and bodybuilding competitor along with a staff of people who are here to assist you in your fitness goals. You can email Carl directly [email protected] with any business inquires.
Hours of Operation
Our normal business hours are 9AM – 5PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. However, we realize that “normal” hours are different for everyone and you’ll find that we often answer questions on our Facebook page both after hours and on weekends.

E-mail is by far the quickest and easiest way to contact our customer service team. During normal business hours, most requests are answered within an hour. Please use the form below to send us your question:
Order confirmation emails are sent out immediately after an order and tracking emails are generally sent out by 4PM Eastern time for orders placed before that time during that business day. Orders placed after 4PM Eastern may not ship until the following business day. If you haven’t received an order confirmation or tracking information, please check your Spam/Junk Mail folders. Also, feel free to also leave us a message on our live chat at the bottom of the site and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
We’re also very active on social media and you can always get in touch with us on either our Facebook page or our Twitter account. We have dedicated staff in place to monitor social media even after hours and on weekends, so this is always a safe way to get in touch with us anytime. Response times after hours and on weekends is typically within 2-3 hours.
