      I read it the other day just thought I would share it with you guys.




      What is interesting is that they couldn’t produce any science that backed up their claims.

      The only study produced showed no decrease in the number of injuries due to hightened focus on “core” training.

      Of course just because it isn’t proven yet doesn’t make it untrue! But still.

      There are sooo many statements that could be attacked in the article I don’t even know where to start. But at least it wasn’t one of the usual “specialized TVA isolation exercises are key” articles that I feared
