I’ve been experimenting with different dosages and dosage schedules and I’ve established two important things: 1) how much adderall I need to take to work for a sustained 8 hours and 2) how long I have to wait to reverse my tolerance. My dosage schedule is one day on, two days off at 60mg per day. I spent about five weeks on this schedule, so I can confirm that it works for me.

I would really like to reduce my drug holidays from two days to one day without tolerance setting in, so I’m interested in learning how to increase the rate at which I reverse tolerance during my drug holidays. I’ve already found a schedule that works, so now I’m in a great position to start testing new variables. What should I try first?

DXM in small doses prior to ingestion. Yes, Robitussin cough gels. 8 hr. Anyways, Magnesium Bi-Glycinate is readily absorbed and is the best on your stomach. L-theanine..I can’t say enough about it. Great and underrated supplement for all kinds of things.

On off days, load up on pre-cursors like phenylalanine and/or l-tyrosine. Also, I’d suggest taking B-6, copper and calcium ascorbate (vit C) as they are necessary co-factors for the conversion from l-tyrosine to l-dopa to dopamine. NADH may also increase the activity of tyrosine hydroxylase, sublingual formulas FTW.

Who dropped this great contributer here?

Yeah memantine with 1-2 days break works well. L-theanine and Magnesium are good supplements as well.

Huperzina -a makes me depressed or something. The effects were potent but I couldn’t continue this supplement. Also I don’t know how potent the NMDA effects really are. Maybe it’s like huperzine-a makes me feel like shit today so the next day I take amphetamines I’m ultra euphoric lol.

Excuse me if I’m wrong, but you don’t build tolerance to the therapeutic effects at least what people say. (?)

If you want that euphoria back with massive amounts of confidence and motivation like you were taking it for the first time, try definitely memantine. Stop with adderall for one week add the memantine (up to 40 mg)
      Take adderall, be high.

I took it for social anxiety.

Magnesium, due to its intrinsic NMDA antagonistic properties could possibily help with the up-regulation of your receptors. Give it a try, 500-1000mg magnesium citrate is recommended.

When should I take the magnesium relative to the adderall dosage?

Take it on the days off, not necessarily on the days on. But then again, the effect may be minimal.

Has anyone tested an L-Theanine and/or Huperzine-A stack for adderall tolerance? Any luck with it?

Look into memantine if you’re serious about alleviating amphetamine tolerance. YMMV, though.
