Who doesn’t love breakfast food? Lately I have been obsessed with protein pancakes, simple to make and help you to get off to a fresh start.
Here is the recipe:
- 0.5 cup Almond milk
- 0.5 cup Oats
- 0.5 cup Egg whites
- 1 scoop (37g) of Gaspari Myofusion (any flavor)
Blend it all together and you have your batter for your pancakes. Top it off with Walden Farms Pancake syrup. Makes 3 pancakes.
Macros: 35g Proteins, 30g Carbs, 7g Fats, 5g Fiber.
