    Having tried several of the other top tier proteins on the market, I wanted to see how iForce measured up to some of my other favorites. I tried both the BSMOC flavor and Mint Chocolate Chip. Both tasted exactly as you would expect, but my favorite was the brown sugar maple oatmeal cookie (BSMOC). It actually tastes like a delicious bowl of oatmeal!

    The MCC flavor is strong on the mint and has little chocolate flecks in the powder mimicking that of the ice cream. Flavoring is on point and tastes just like melted mint chip ice cream.

    Both taste great in water, but when mixed in milk, the flavor and creaminess is definitely amped up quite a bit.

Suggested Use For Men:
Build Lean Muscle: Consume 1 – 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight. For example, a man weighing 150lbs should consume between 150g and 225g of protein each day.

Decrease Body Weight:
Consume 0.75 – 1.25g of protein per pound of body weight. For example, a man weighing 150lbs should consume between 112g and 190g of protein each day.

Suggested Use For Women:
Build Lean Muscle: Consume 1 – 1.25g of protein per pound of body weight. For example, a woman weighing 125lbs should consume between 125g and 155g of protein each day.

Decrease Body Weight:
Consume .75 – 1g of protein per pound of body weight. For example, a woman weighing 125lbs should consume between 95g and 125g of protein each day.

For Best Results:
Consume 1-2 servings upon waking, 1-2 servings post workout, and 1-2 servings prior to bed.
