Proats? Protein Oats…

This is one of my all time favorite quick and healthy recipes. Super easy to make so perfect for a cold, early winter morning.

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder – http://bit.ly/2ejGfEw

Fat: 7g

Protein: 34g

Carbs: 57g

Add toppings to it such as peanut butter, berries, PB2, nuts… Then boil water and pour it over the oats, let it sit for a while.
