PS is a phospholipid that is derived from soy beans. PS has been shown to help control cortisol levels. Roughly 800 mg after training saves muscles by blunting the total amount of cortisol released by your body, which can prevent muscle tear down and increased fat storage. This is good for short burst, since you do need cortisol for life and chronic suppression of cortisol can cause cortisol rebound and should probably used every other week for best results.
