“Born to lose, built to win”
This sport has completely changed my life. Today was leg day. My workout routine consisted of:
 Super set seated leg curls with leg extensions 20r x 6s
 Leg press 10r x 7s
 Lying leg curls 10r x7s
 Super set standing and seated calves 20r x5s
 It amazes me how much the human body can withstand. We set limitations for ourselves day in and day out, but yet each time we go into the gym, we are breaking records, crushing past goals and moving forward. I think as human beings, we fail to realize our own potential. Often times we forget to set high goals. My motto is: “If they aren’t laughing at your goals, then you didn’t set them high enough”. It’s all about putting in the work and seeing results. This lifestyle takes, discipline, determination and willpower. You choose Greatness!!!! “Train Insane or Remain the Same.”
