So yesterday Todd and I demolished Delts, Bis, and Tris. Personally, I freaking hate shoulder day, mainly because its my weakest body part.
I managed to not overdose on Wyked before my workout, so that was a plus! It was kind of funny because Todd and I were both in really weird bad moods, so we didn’t really talk to each other much during the workout. This was both a good and a bad thing haha, I like to have fun while I’m at the gym, so I missed that. But on the other hand, I really wanted to punch him in the face on a few occasions, LMAO. So we both just rocked out to our death metal and did the workout. (Spending 11 hours a day between work and the gym with someone tends to make this happen sometimes! But we both know to just shut up and leave each other alone lol.) #aggression :]

So that was the extent of it! I went home crushed my post-workout meal, and then enjoyed the rest of the evening with a motorcycle sticking out of my ass :]

I really need to work on getting some more sleep, the calorie deficit and the MAYBE 6 hours of sleep that I get a night (if I’m lucky) is just not cutting it. I’m dragging ass today. I need to make that more of a priority so that I can grow and repair faster.

I have to give a huge thank you to my coach, trainer, and best friend Todd Lee for putting up with my shit on a daily basis and always pushing me to be a better version of myself. I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for him!
