So today was my favorite day… ASSS DAYYYYYY (and hams)! The thing I love the most about Fridays at the gym is that there is never ANYONEEEEE there! And even if there is, nobody else seems to do lower body on a Friday, so perfect. Win.

Please don’t judge the dirty house haha! I’ve been too busy with work and the gym to put away my clean clothes, so I just pick from them off the bed and sleep on the couch :]
