Warning: This article is the real deal, there is no sugar coating it, this is my professional opinion on this incredible black market growth agent.  If you think drug use is bad then make sure you carve hypocrite on your forehead the next time you have a cigarette, beer, or margarita. IGF-1 LR3 is quite possibly the most important peptide you can use while building mass.  In addition to being capable of growing all muscles in your body and burning fat if you inject it subcutaneously, it has the unique ability to grow a specific muscle if you inject it in a weak body part and only that part.  In other words if you have poor lats, you can inject your lats and they may catch up to other body parts.  

Insulin-Like Growth Factor

Or IGF for short, is a very complicated hormone.  Everyone is familiar with Growth Hormone (GH) and its effects to one degree or another but some may be unaware that it isn’t GH that grows muscle, its a metabolite of GH: IGF, that grows muscle.  IGF is the primary muscle builder and bone lengthener during puberty.  It in one way or another sets your genetic maximum height and muscle.  It amplifies the effects of testosterone and that,along with the fact that IGF-1 binding protein 3 concentration decreases in men after puberty  is why men grow more muscle in puberty than women.

It increases amino acid transport to cells, increases glucose transport, increases protein synthesis, decreases protein degradation, and increases RNA synthesis. If injected subcutaneously it liberates fat from adipose tissues so you use your own body fat to grow muscle, allowing for recomposition! In addition it makes the muscle cell more sensitive to insulin amplifying the effects of natural insulin from carbohydrate consumption or allowing you to use less insulin if you’re injecting it post workout to drive your post workout carbs into your muscle faster.  It has also been shown to regrow lost hair and increase testicle size.

The parent Hormone, IGF, has many subtypes. the best for muscle growth is type one. This only has a 10-20 minute half life in the blood stream so a chemical modification is made: amino acid at position 3 is replaced with arginine hence R3.  An additional 13 amino acid long tail is added to make it longer, that’s where the L comes from. These 2 modifications make the half like closer to 12 hours. Huge difference which has been proven by mountains of research to make IGF-1 LR3 more effective than IGF-1.

 

How Do You Know Its Real?

When you get black or grey market stuff it may not even have a label.  There are a few ways you can test it to see if its real.  It may be diluted or another compound entirely, so here is a basic thing to look for.  Like GH, IGF-1 will cause your knuckles to swell if your dose is too high, so intentionally overdosing to see if your knuckles and joints hurt will help you identify if you have IGF-1 or GH. Considering GH is cheaper per bottle it is possible you have GH. If you get pumps like never before when you lift you probably have IGF-1.  If neither of these things happen you might have hCG.  Get a home pregnancy kit and squirt a little of the reconstituted solution on the applicator, If you get a positive then its hCG.  

If you’re growing you need more sleep so like anabolics and GH you will be exhausted all day, unless you’re getting enough food and sleep, which of course is virtually impossible.  Unless of course you are a pro and have no other obligations and have other people to do your housework, cooking & prep, and shopping.
