FitFoodsRx makes amazing meals that are perfect for the bodybuilder on the go!  The food tastes great, has an amazing nutrient profile and is made with the best and freshest ingredients.  I highly recommend this site for food delivery for anyone on the go who wants quality meals delivered to their home.

The business is clearly just getting started and starting to round out their menu but they have a nice selection of choices that will appeal to any bodybuilder, health advocate or fitness enthusiast.  The meals range anywhere from traditional chicken and fish with healthy sides like sweet potatoes and broccoli to ahi tuna and talapia.  There are some premade meals, but the site offers many custom choices.

There are custom options available but the meals usually follow this format:

Protein Sources: Flank Steak, Chicken, Ground Beef, Ahi Tuna, Tilapia, Shrimp, Salmon, Beef Tips

Carb Sources: Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, White Rice, Quinoa

Vegetable Sources: Asparagus, Broccoli, Organic Green Beans, Organic Peas, Seaweed Salad, Spinach

You can arrange these in many different combinations and also add additional ounces to each portion, making for a very flexible mean plan that men, women and young people can work with to make a perfect meal.  Once a meal is assembled, it can be picked up at one of their Michigan locations or delivered via Federal Express.

How’s the Food?

One word…amazing.  The food is very high quality unlike some of the other competitor products that claim to provide prepackaged meals for the fitness minded.  This food is as good as anything you could make yourself…(or in my case your fantasy fitness model girlfriend who makes 100k per year and still has time to prepare excellent food for you each and every day while pushing you to reach new heights in the gym).

The food I tried was simple but delicious.  I ordered enough for a weeks worth of dinners.  I kept it fairly simple in choices: flank steak, chicken, asparagus, broccoli, sweet potatoes and brown rice.  I put these together to give myself a meal each night.

My first meal was flank steak, broccoli and sweet potatoes.  The steak was excellent (even heated in the microwave).  It was very tasty and very tender.  It wasn’t loaded with salt or spices, allowing me to add in different things to change each day.  The chicken was…well it’s chicken. It can only get so good, but it was all white meat and high quality.  The veggies and carbs were great (I ordered extra portions of each) and I felt very satisfied after each meal!

Shelf Life

For those that are worried about the shelf life of these items, I can say with all enthusiasm that Ken’s crew must have picked this stuff themselves.  I picked up my order on a Wednesday and I ate my last meal the following Tuesday and it was every bit as good as the first one!  They ship in cold packaging which should give you absolutely no problem with enjoying the meals for at least a week.

Value

While you can make food yourself for less of course, the time savings of using this service to supplement your meals is invaluable.  Thus if you net out the time saved by using Ken’s meals, you more than make up for the additional cost.  The quality of the ingredients make every meal enjoyable and I am going to be a customer for a very long time!
