Alright alright… so you want to burn fat. Want to look shredded.

Fat burners are an aid to help you with burning fat; they can definitely be helpful. A lot of competitors utilize them in order to get extra lean for stage.

The way to get shredded isn’t just taking fat burners though. The major key for losing excessive fat (yes, you need some) is to diet properly and increase the output over the input.

Increase output over input:

Do cardio. Low intensity, over a long period of time. That’s when you tap into your oxidative energy system that uses fat as fuel. Walking on a treadmill, stairmaster, biking, inline skating. Make it fun. At least I would try to since I really don’t like cardio.

Lower input:

Decreasing calories slow and monitor your weight loss. Not eating enough will eventually put your body into starvation mode and you will hold onto every calorie you consume.

Fat burners:

Fat burners have stimulant effects that cause the release of epinephrine and norepinephrine, hormones that release fat from storages into the blood stream where they are then used as fuel sources. It doesn’t just disappear, as stated earlier, make sure you workout and at proper. Do your research, know what fat burner you are taking and make sure you are only using it TEMPORARY.

Stay within limits:

Being shredded year round is NOT healthy. I had to learn that. I am in the process of learning it. In order to have overall health and a good metabolism you need to eat. If you get lean enough to step on stage at a bodybuilding show you will be reverse dieting afterwards in order to get back onto normal calorie input/output and either maintenance or a caloric surplus (growing season).

So… all in all. Yes, fat burners are a great aid for when trying to get shredded as long as you do the other parts of dieting and working out. Mind and Muscle offers fat burners. T2 is a great aid. Check it out.img_1937
