Man oh man. It’s been so long since I’ve posted. Where the hell have I been?

It’s another semester in the books for me. Managed to squeak out of the semester with a respectable gpa considering all the stuff I was juggling. Next semester I have Kinesiology, Motor Development, PE for classroom teachers, Fundamentals of Personal Nutrition and Organizational Behavior and Theory. Pretty excited for this semester, it actually should be a good one.

It’s been a deload week for us on Team Juggernaut, so its been a lot of quick 30 min workouts. For the first time in my life I was able to bench 315 lbs for 6 reps on bench. First time every doing more than 300, so that was pretty exciting. For never being very strong considering I was 150lbs when I started lifting and couldn’t even bench 135 lbs (LOL) so it’s gratifying to see improvement in any form.

My family is hyooooge so I spent nearly the entire week at family functions. And with those family functions came ALOT of food and I was able to minimize the damage done thanks to T2. My Dad’s side of the family are Maltese so every xmas we get together and make homemade ravioli. After eating 20 fist sized ravioli I’m surprised I didn’t blow up like a balloon. Thank heavens for T2.
