24 hours. 1,440 minutes. 86,400 seconds.
Everyone gets the same amount of hours in a day. The same amount of time to get things done, the same time to get better. Imagine this… You get the same 24 hours as Beyoncé or Ezekiel Elliott, Oprah Winfrey or Dr. Dre… Think about it.
It’s such a common excuse to say: “I don’t have time”…
Time is so valuable nowadays. Most people are students, but not just that, they have a job, play a sport. Time is valuable so invest in in something that makes you better and you care about. Invest time in your family and friends, never neglect the social aspect of life.
But, what’s more important to you? To finish a Netflix show or to get to the gym? To go out and get drunk or to work on your resume? To work at night and accumulate wealth or to sit at the bar and watch a sports game? Do you want to travel or just sleep all weekend?
The key to making the 24 hours worth it is organization. Organize your days, get a planner and make time for what’s important to you. Priorities are extremely individual so stand up for yourself and decide what’s best for you. Plan out what you want to do tomorrow the night before. Write a “To Do List” of what needs to get done on a daily basis.
Rest is necessary. Balance is necessary. Keep balance between social life, work, education, family, health and fitness. The priorities on how you base these parts of your life will differentiate between individuals but none of the factors should be forgotten. Earn rest. Work hard, play hard!Work hard and then go on a vacation and enjoy it.
Every morning, you are given 24 valuable hours. Take care of the things you need to get done. Change your life and other people’s life to the better. Work towards your goals. 24 hours, not more, not less.
Lack of direction. Not lack of time. We all have the same 24 hours.
